This custom built 'Retail Centre' houses modern administrative offices, with a fully equipped training and conference facility catering for 75 staff servicing Perth's eastern corridor.

A prominent design feature of the building is the arched facade to the front elevation. The building has been cleverly designed to take advantage of the natural fall of the land, with the main entrance at street level and access to the secured underground car park from the rear.
The prefabrication of the building was conducted off site. This required careful consideration being given to the design, enabling practical integration between each of the key stages (walls, suspended floor and structural steel).
The interior has been designed to incorporate the CENTRELINK work environment and corporate identity. Glass partitioning is used extensively throughout, providing a transparent environment, yet offering privacy with the strategic use of frosted film. Workstations have been extensively used throughout presenting a fluid and efficient use of space.
