project description: This development was designed as
a five storey ‘high spec’ residential
development. The project includes basement parking, six units over the next
three floors above (two per floor) and one penthouse on the top floor.

prominent
design feature: The building has a curved front façade
featuring curved glass frameless balustrading. The shape and colouring of the
building have given the building a gentle presence on the streetscape that has
been sensitive to the local residential area.
construction
features: The building is rendered cavity brickwork and
architectural glazing. The basement floor and four suspended slabs are all
traditional reinforced insitu concrete slabs.
internal
features: The entry and foyer are architecturally
enhanced to set the scene for the high level of fit-out to each of the
apartments. The apartments were completely fitted-out as required by each of
the owners. The location demands a ‘high-spec’ and a great deal of effort was
made by the project team to deliver individually designed units for each of the
owners requirements and tastes.
