project description: The project includes basement
parking, one commercial office space on the
ground floor and ten units over the next three floors above. The building has a
very modern look featuring vibrant colours on architectural precast panels.

design feature: The East and West street facades of this
building have very unique architectural design features. The West elevation has
two lemon yellow painted architectural precast feature panels that appear to
hang suspended in front of the First and Second Floors. The East elevation has
a glass encased stair well featuring diagonal framed glass panelling. The
combination of these features gives the building a unique look on all
elevations.
construction
features: The building is a combination of precast
concrete panel, compressed fibre cement sheeting, colorbond cladding, split
face blockwork and architectural glazing. The basement floor and four suspended
slabs are all traditional reinforced insitu concrete slabs.
internal
features: The apartments were completely fitted-out
including timber flooring, cabinetwork, tiling and all fixtures. All the access
walkways and stairs to the apartments were tilled. The complex is a fully
tenanted complex with a high grade finish to go along with the buildings for
unique design.
