design feature: The Churchill Avenue street facade of this
building has beautifully clean architectural design features including a large
rectangular feature archway in white epoxy gloss vitrapanel, frameless glass
balustrades and stainless steel awnings.
construction
features: The building is a combination of AFS wall
systems, vitrapanel cement sheeting and architectural glazing. The basement
floor and four suspended slabs are all traditional reinforced insitu concrete
slabs.
internal
features: The apartments are completely fitted-out
including timber flooring, cabinetwork, tiling and all fixtures. The office
areas are ‘base build’ only and the office fit-out will be carried out by the
tenants.
