Yampi Way Warehouse Units
project description: consists of
7 warehouse units, constructed with insitu concrete slab tilt panel walls and
metal deck roof. Externally, car parking and landscaping completed the project.

design feature: The
differing heights in tilt panels to the front façade of this building, combined
with the panel grooves and colour scheme transforms a simple warehouse
structure into a modern and eye catching building.
construction
features: With a narrow
lot size, the car park and building itself in this design and construct project
were designed to maximize lettable area of the building. The height of the
warehouses, and high level windows at rear office areas also allow for maximum
storage area and / or mezzanine level office structure.
internal
features: The
warehouses were built as shell, with services put in place for future office
fitouts allowing the individual lessee’s to carry out construction of an office
area to suit their particular needs.
