project description: This mixed use development
two 
storey was purpose built for a national medical group provider. The
medical group was the sole tenant for the top floor which was fitted out
as a fully operational medical centre.

design feature: Steel Alucobond flashing to the front
sections of the office complete the styling.
construction
features: Tilt panel walls, together with a colorbond
steel roof with sections of horizontal colorbond wall sheeting provide a
stylish exterior view.
internal
features: An open plan office providing 200m² of office
space is located at the front of the building. An ablution block is located in
each of the warehouses. External fencing fully encloses the external concrete
hardstanding, providing easy access for all transport and deliveries.
