This custom built 'Business Centre' houses modern administrative offices, a fully equipped training facility catering for 50 staff and a warehouse servicing the whole of Australia.

A striking design feature of the building is the cantilevered winged canopy of the undercover parking facility, which collides into the front glass façade and extends internally with the vaulted ceiling, exaggerating its shape over the Reception lounge.
A special design feature is the ability to expand the warehouse by 50% to 100% if required. In effect, the warehouse has been 'future proofed' by building into the tilt walls "drop out panels" between all three tenancies.
Tilt-up concrete panels have been used to maximise the net usable space and minimise construction time. Floating bulkheads suspended from the ceilings were used to duct air-conditioning and also provide mood lighting to reception.
The interior has been designed to incorporate the TURNER insignia. Glass partitioning is used extensively throughout, providing an open work environment, yet offering privacy with the strategic use of frosted film. The warehouse was designed to have minimal delineation and maximum integration with the office to complement both environments.
